Wah.. Fri's wad Super High Intensity Training day arh? Started off wif spearing wif fellow Order mates... haiz.. my spearing still cannot make it.. the shuttlecock can fly like... onto the pillar one... Then came volleying the cannonballs... zhao to Congress... stone in class...
Went for PT.. haha thought it would be a piece of cake... running 8 mins 4 rounds's ok...then came pull ups... then power whack my pectorals at gym... then zhao off for lunch somewhere... ( haha.. all the truth of dare and the whispering.. and the pick a gal crap...)Then came back for spearing... and cannonballing... AGAIN... got thrashed...AGAIN.... (stupid CY.. stupid.. JEN..)
Then if tat wasnt enough... sneaked into swordsmanship practice jus in time for PT AGAIN... wah... INTERVALS leh... zhao here zhao there... kinda craap... (muz go pull my hamstrings too... no WARM UPS leh..) Then did alps and pects training again.... then chords training... wah...sounds so exciting leh run here run there then train arms and alps...
Then went back to plae spearing again.... the results are pretty obvious...
Of cos.. another star glazing session... then spearing again....
Hope me and my Elizabeth survive...
